I hereby authorize the MVP camp to act for me in their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention and I hereby waive and release the camp from any and all liability concerning injuries or illnesses while at camp. I understand that the camp retains the right to use photographs of campers while at camp for publicity and advertising purposes.

Refund Policy:

If you cancel at least three weeks prior to the first day of that session, you may receive a camp credit less $150.00 administration fee. There will be no camp credit if cancellation occurs less than three weeks before camp begins. No exceptions as camp will be sold out! Campers who leave due to injury will receive a prorated camp credit based on the number of days they attended.
